Coyote of the Month Coyote of the Month

Roselyn, Austin
Roselyn has become a pillar for the Coyote Ugly staff in Austin. When needed, she is never one to say no, her presence on and behind the bar is unmatched. She can make any shift a great one, and customers rave about her. If that wasn’t enough, she takes our newest Coyotes under her wing and shows them the ropes with patience and kindness, making sure they are set up for success. She is the definition of what a true Coyote is, a great bartender, with a little bit of sass and a heart of kindness.
