First is the bond created with the staff. Second, almost first, is harassing the Boston fans–making them cry, then seeing them the next day wanting more.

What makes you a good Coyote?

I’m a Yankee! I have fun…and if I’m having fun, you’re having fun (even if you’re a Boston fan)!

How long have you been a bartender?

9 very long and hard years

What do you like to do on your off time?

Yeah, like that ever happens! But when it does, I enjoy working out, movies, and bowling.

What is your favorite type of music?

80s rock

Do you think the movie is anything like the real thing?

The bar scenes are similar, but there’s nothing like experiencing the real thing.

Why should a potential customer come and visit you?

I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again…I’m a Yankee! Plus, if you are a man with a heartbeat, you’re on my list.

Do you have any advice for women who want to be a Coyote?

If you can’t take the heat, get out of the kitchen. Take a shot, then give it a shot. What do you have to lose?
