Coyote of the Month Coyote of the Month
June 2013
Oniki, Denver
Oniki is one of the hardest working people ever! She loves Coyote and gives everything she can while she’s here. She’s also our head bartender and our dance captain, so having the extra responsibility and being able to balance everything is very important. She comes to work everyday with a smile and after she’s gotten you some drinks, sang to you a little, she makes you leave with one, too.
Hometown: Fort Walton Beach/Destin, FL
What’s the most fun about your job at Coyote Ugly?
I get to be on a “”stage”” singing and dancing, which I absolutely love! Being told that I made someone’s day just by entertaining them is the best feeling in the world. I can’t stress enough how lucky and blessed I am to be a Coyote.
What makes you a good Coyote?
Definitely my high energy and my desire for everyone to have a blast, whether you’re a guest at my bar or my fellow Coyote.
How long have you been a bartender? 8 years
What do you like to do on your off time?
Off time!? What’s that? Just playing. Well, I love running and I have recently become obsessed with 3D movies. Plus, I’m addicted to movie theater popcorn (tons of butter!)
What is your favorite type of music?
R&B and Soul as my Pandora describes it haha.
Do you think the movie is anything like the real thing?
Absolutely! I think I can speak for all Coyotes across the country when I say our bars are like a wild and crazy rollercoaster ride! Even the different personalities of the girls in the movie are evident in every bar.
Why should a potential customer come and visit you?
I just love to make you smile and I will do everything in my power to do just that. I will hypnotize you with my moves and charm you with my voice. I’m an entertaining machine!
Do you have any advice for women who want to be a Coyote?
Be ready to work hard as hell because it takes more than being a hot and sassy chic to do what we have to do everyday. Most importantly, be confident in yourself and everything else will just come naturally.
