There’s no mistaking that raspy voice. Jes is our head bartender and the ultimate leader. She picks up the people that are straggling behind and pushes the ones that are always ahead. She is the glue that holds each shift together and turns good shifts into great ones. Jes does whatever it takes, whenever it’s needed. All the girls respect her and all the customers love her. Most importantly she always comes in ready to work and never makes excuses.

No two days are alike, and that keeps it interesting!

What makes you a good Coyote?


Just enough crazy to make it work! I always have something to say, and
 usually there is a punch line.

How long have you been a bartender?


About 3 years

What do you like to do on your off time?


Most of my off time is spent with the girls! Dance parties, bowling, 
comics, movies, whatever I can get my hands on!

What is your favorite type of music?


I listen to all kinds of music, but Janet is my favorite! I really like
 50s and 60s poppy love songs, and old-timey Rock N Roll.

Do you think the movie is anything like the real thing?


Similar, yet different. The real thing is more of an “”Experience!””

Do you have any advice for women who want to be a Coyote?


Strong women need only apply! Coyote takes a different kind of
 dedication. You work hard, and you play harder. Everyone learns about 
themselves, and leaves with a different experience, and if you’re on the 
fence, just go for it. Live once, and leave it all out there!
