Lauren is one of our newest Coyotes, but she is learning fast. She is a great example of having the new girl spirit every day. She has a great attitude and is always trying something new to hold a crowd. Lauren steps up more and more with every shift and continues to impress. You can’t beat a hot hardworking girl with a winning attitude!

What’s the most fun about your job at Coyote?
I get to dance around, meet new people, have fun, and get paid for it. Every shift is a completely different experience. Plus the girls I work with, someone does something every day that makes me laugh. We’re one big family & the more we have fun, the more our customers have fun.
What makes you a good Coyote?
I’ve gotten good at being able to read my customers & I can adapt to what they want to do. Sometimes everyone wants to play games and be goofy, get on the bar and dance with me, or just sit and chat over their drink. Nothing makes me happier than a customer coming up to me and telling me they had a great time or that I made their day.
How long have you been a bartender?
I’ve been with Coyote for about 6 months, but I’ve been working in the service industry since I was 14 and started bartending at 19.
What do you like to do in your time off?
I love cooking and having friends over for dinner parties, taking my dog for runs to the park, reading, and laying by the pool.
What is your favorite type of music?
Depends on what mood I’m in. When I’m getting ready for a night out with my girls, it’s pop/hip hop all the way, but if I’m relaxing, this Philly girl loves country
Do you think the movie is anything like the real thing?
Sometimes! The Coyotes definitely call the shots, but I promise, you don’t want to hear me sing!
Why should a potential customer come and visit you?
I think everyone should come in and have the “”Coyote experience””. I guarantee that something I do throughout the night is going to make you smile & make you happy you came in!
Do you have any advice for women who want to be a Coyote?
Confidence is key! And remember to have fun! You’re going to work hard, but we have plenty of fun doing it!
